CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -
One man is under arrest after an incident in Cedar Rapids Friday night. Police were called to the 300 block of 16th Street Southeast just before 9:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired. They say neighbors pointed officers to a man in a car. Police say they surrounded the car and a home within the block while they investigated. Police said they called the Special Response Team to the scene because the subject wasn't being cooperative. After several interviews, police were able to take 23-year-old Marcus Wilson into custody. He's charged with intimidation with a weapon and intent to deliver crack cocaine. Police say bullets hit two homes in the area. They say they found a handgun and crack cocaine in Wilson's car. He's in the Linn County Jail. No-one was hurt.
