A Polk County jury found a Des Moines doctor not guilty of involuntary manslaughter Thursday.

Dr. Daniel Baldi was being tried on seven counts of involuntary manslaughter for the drug-related deaths of seven former patients. One of those patients was Paul Gray, a founder of the band slipknot, who died in 2010. Three other counts of involuntary manslaughter were dropped during the trial.
