Bellevue man dead after Dubuque workplace incident

BELLEVUE (AP) -

Authorities have released the name of a man who was fatally injured in a Dubuque workplace incident.

The man was identified as 19-year-old Colin Jackson, of rural Bellevue.

The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office says he was caught in industrial equipment around 5:15 p.m. Friday at Jackson Concrete Pumping near the Dubuque Regional Airport.

The incident is being investigated.
