PLAINFIELD (KWWL) -
City officials in Plainfield say a water line break to the city's water tower caused them to shut off water to the town for several hours Sunday. They say the main line to the water tower broke. The line was repaired around 9 p.m. and the water was turned back on. However, they say people should continue to use bottled water for drinking, cooking, and washing dishes until further notice.
