Waterloo man and woman injured in Bremer County crash

A man and a woman from Waterloo were injured Thursday evening when their vehicles collided in Bremer County.

The Bremer County Sheriff's Office says one vehicle was headed north on Highway 63, just north of Denver, when it collided with a car that was headed west on 250th Street.

The two drivers, 31-year-old Beth Weston and 20-year-old Garrett Smith, were taken to Allen Hospital in Waterloo.

Detective Dave MacDonald says charges are pending.
