Cedar Falls Schools Seek Feedback on Potential Upgrades

Posted: Updated:
Cedar Falls Schools held a open forum Tuesday night to gather feedback on potential upgrades for the district.
School officials say that their current facilities are too small for their needs.
The district is proposing three different bond referendums that range from remodeling current structures to building new ones.
Officials say they want the public's help to find out what the best option is.
"It's kind of a myriad of different options that right now we're saying please provide the feedback with what you believe is in the best interest of the community, what's in the best interest for our students and our school district."  Said Superintendent Dr. Andy Pattee. "As we move forward based on all these different options so we can craft the best direction forward. "

The bond referendum will be placed on the September 9th ballot.
