A Fayette County man who is serving 20 years in prison for several counts of sexual abuse and lascivious acts of a child is being accused of abusing another victim.
42-year-old, Timothy Parker was convicted in 2011 of sexual abuse charges and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Another alleged victim came forward early this year, reporting that she was abused by Parker; the Fayette County Sheriff's Office opened an investigation into the case and filed 3 charges of sexual abuse against Parker on March 20th.
Authorities believe that from 2008 until 2010, Parker was involved in multiple incidents of sexual abuse of a girl under the age of 12.
His current sexual abuse charges are considered enhanced because of his prior conviction of sexual crime upon a child.
He was transferred from Oakdale prison on April 10th and taken to the Fayette County Jail for his initial appearance; Parker will remain there on a $225,000 cash bond until his trial.
If he's convicted of all three counts, he could face an additional 75 years in prison.
