Cedar Rapids woman injured in Highway 30 crash

LINN COUNTY (KWWL) -

A Cedar Rapids woman was hospitalized Monday morning after a crash on Highway 30.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Julie Anderson was headed east on Highway 30 at around 7:15 a.m. when she lost control of her car. Deputies say the car went through the median and ended up in the westbound lanes on its side.

Anderson was taken to St. Luke's Hospital with minor injuries. Deputies say she was wearing her seat belt.

The crash remains under investigation.
