Ashlee Ruhl reward fund set up at some Bank Iowa branches

Posted: Updated:
NEW HAMPTON (KWWL) - Family and friends have set up an account at various Bank Iowa branches to collect donations for reward money leading to Ashlee Ruhl's return.

The 16 year-old from New Hampton has been missing since March 7.

The New Hampton Police Chief said Wednesday there was no reward money offered through the police department, so family and friends took it upon themselves to collect donations for a reward.

Donations can be made at Bank Iowa locations in New Hampton, Lawler, Fredericksburg or Waucoma under the "Ashlee Ruhl Reward Fund."

This account is in addition to a GoFundMe site also collecting donations for a reward: (This link is correct despite the misspelling of Ashlee's first name.)

Family and friends are hoping a reward of $1,000 will lead to Ashlee's return.

Anyone with information is asked to call the New Hampton Police Department: (641) 394-3603
