Public forum scheduled for bedbugs in Cedar Valley

Posted: Updated:
WATERLOO (KWWL) - Josh Rzepka, owner of Enviro-Pest Solutions, will host a public forum about bedbugs on Tuesday, March 25 at the Waterloo Public Library which is located at 415 Commercial Street.

The informational session is scheduled to run from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

It is free and open to the public.

"We want to get good information out there because people don't realize what is going on," said Rzepka.

According to Rzepka, eastern Iowa ranks 29th in the country for bedbug problems.

"That's up four places since this time last year," he said.

Rzepka said various speakers will attend Tuesday's forum, including a spokesperson from the Black Hawk County Health Department.
