OSAGE (AP) -

A trial has been scheduled for a 22-year-old Osage man charged with vehicular homicide in northern Iowa.

Tylor Patrick's trial is set for May 14 in Mitchell County District Court, the Mason City Globe Gazette says. Patrick has pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors say Patrick was driving on Hickory Avenue north of Iowa Highway 9 on Sept. 20 when he lost control of the vehicle. It rolled several times.

The Iowa State Patrol says a passenger, 22-year-old Jesse Wilson, of Charles City, was killed.
