--dense, mild white fish

--lose benefits when you fry it

--baking helps keep Vitamins A & D and Omega-3s


Lemon Pepper Cod Fillets

--dip in egg

--coat in Panko and lemon pepper

--bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes


Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

--dip in flour and egg

--mix one cup of parmesan and one tablespoon of paprika

--coat fish in the parmesan and paprika mix

--bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes

--top with parsley
