Man shows up to Mercy Medical Center with gunshot wound

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) - Cedar Rapids police say Joshua Davis, age 19, went to Mercy Medical Center to have a gunshot wound treated. Police say this happened just before 1 a.m. Tuesday morning. Davis was shot in the torso and will be ok.

Police say Davis was shot at Glenbrook Centre Apartments in Cedar Rapids. Those apartments are located on the 4300 block of 1st Avenue SE.

Officers are still investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
