Black Hawk County Relay for Life "Relay Rally" set for Feb. 27th

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

The Black Hawk County Relay for Life is gearing up for its Relay Rally.

The event shares information about what you need to do to participate in Relay for Life coming up in June.

The Relay Rally is Thursday, February 27 from 5-7 p.m. at Tama Hall at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo.

Relay Rally is a chance for individuals to gain insight as to what Relay For Life is, to get information about forming a team to raise funds, or to sponsor or volunteer at our Relay.

Black Hawk County's goal this year is to have 85 teams with an overall fundraising total of $215,000.

This year's Relay for Life will be Friday, June 20 at Hawkeye Community College.
