CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) - A Cedar Falls man faces an invasion of privacy charge after police say he used a cell phone to see a woman naked in a tanning cubicle.

In a criminal complaint filed in Black Hawk County, Cedar Falls officer Gavin Carman says 37-year-old Curtis Lee Hansen was in Key West Tanning at 4507 Algonquin Drive in Cedar Falls on Dec. 20 and used a cell phone to attempt to look at a woman who was naked in the tanning cubicle next to him.

Carman says the victim saw the phone come under the cubicle and yelled, and the phone was immediately pulled back to the other side of the wall.

Carman says Hansen admitted that he tried to see inside the woman's tanning cubicle using his phone. No photos or video of the woman were taken.

Hansen, who is charged with one count of invasion of privacy - nudity, is scheduled to be in court on March 6 at 3 p.m.
