MARION (KWWL) -

A Marion woman was injured early Thursday morning after her car rolled over at the intersection of Highway 13 and Bertram Road in Linn County.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Breanna Moore was headed south on Highway 13 when she lost control of her car near the intersection with Bertram Road.

Deputies say the car came to rest on its top in the median, with Moore trapped inside.

Moore, who wasn’t wearing her safety belt, was rescued from the car and taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with what deputies call "non-life threatening" injuries.

The accident remains under investigation and charges are pending.
