An Oran man convicted of sexually exploiting kids and having child pornography was sentenced to 110 years in federal prison.

Benton Stong, 76, was found guilty of one count of sexual exploitation of children and four counts of possession of child pornography in September.

According to court officials, evidence showed that, in 2012, Stong persuaded four kids to engage in sexually explicit acts so that he could take pictures. Evidence also showed that Stong possessed child porn at his home in Oran between 2009 and 2012.

In addition to the prison sentence, Stong must comply with all sex offender registration and public notification requirements.
