Fareway Dietitian: Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, steams removed and cut in uniform pieces

¾ cup flour

½ cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

¾ cup buffalo sauce


Combine milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder; Dredge cauliflower. Bake at 450 for 18 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender. Remove from oven and coat in buffalo sauce. Bake for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
