WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Hundreds of brides packed the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo Sunday for the 30th annual Wedding Extravaganza.

There were more than 40 vendors at the event to assist more than 400 brides plan their weddings.

This bridal show is one of the only shows in the area put on entirely by the vendors.

This year was the first year the extravaganza held a progressive runway which featured models styling different wedding fashions all throughout the day.

Bride's Corner Boutique Owner, Natalie Moreman, said the event brought people together.

"It's important to have this event in the area just because there's a lot of people every weekend getting married and there's so many, it's important to know there's so many vendors and boutiques in the area that you can shop locally with and really plan your event all at one place," Moreman said.
