An Iowa City man has been accused of drunken driving and having a blood alcohol content that was nearly six times the legal limit.

The Iowa City Press-Citizen says ( ) Carter has been charged with a serious misdemeanor of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Records do not list an attorney.
