UNI got a career high 24 points from Seth Tuttle, as the Panthers opened the Missouri Valley Conference basketball season Wednesday night, with an impressive 80-46 victory over the Bradley Braves at the McCleod Center.
UNI bolted to a 14-0 lead over the Braves, who have now lost 7 in a row. The Braves battled back to get within one, but UNI went on a run of 21-5 to break the game open.
Seth Tuttle had 15 points and 9 rebounds in the first half, on route to his career high 24 for the night.
Matt Bohannon hit on 4 of 5 three pointers to score 16 for the Panthers and Wes Washpun added 15.
The Panthers improve to 7-6 on the season. Next up for UNI is undefeated and 8th ranked Wichita State Sunday in Wichita.
