Holiday Cheese Ball
Makes approximately 24 (2 Tbsp.) servings

2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia fat free cream cheese
8 ounces Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. grated onion
Dash cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper, to taste
6 ounces dried beef (wimmer's smoked beef), diced
2 cup slivered almonds
COMBINE first 7 ingredients and MIX with an electric mixer. ADD beef and MIX. FORM cheese into a ball, COVER with plastic wrap and REFRIGERATE until firm. ROLL in silvered almonds and SERVE with crackers.
OR ADD filling to mushrooms caps and BAKE at 375⁰F for approximately 20 minutes. TOP with slivered almonds in the last 5 minutes.
