UPDATE: 1 dead, 1 injured in Linn County head-on crash

LINN COUNTY (KWWL) -
One person was killed and another injured when two vehicles collided head-on Friday morning on Highway 1 between Mt. Vernon and Solon, according to the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
Sgt. Richard Yoder says a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Morris Roberson of Iowa City was headed north on Highway 1 near Ivanhoe Road when it crossed the center line just after 6 a.m. Friday and hit a southbound vehicle driven by Diana Marie Coultas, 46, of Lisbon.
Coultas was airlifted to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Yoder says her injuries are believed to be "non-life threatening."
