EDGEWOOD (KWWL) -

Andrew Lange has won the runoff election for Edgewood City Council, according to the Delaware County Auditor.

Lange took 38 votes over fellow candidate Nancy Burgett's 13.

All five of the City Council seats in Edgewood are At-Large. Three were contested this year, but only two people filed. Both Burgett and Lange were write-in candidates in the primary, but neither one had the necessary majority.

With the conclusion of the runoff, Lange will serve a four year term.
