Man shot in Cedar Rapids Friday morning

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Cedar Rapids police say a man is recovering after being shot Friday morning.

Sergeant Cristy Hamblin says officers were called to 1836 A Avenue NE around 10:28 a.m. Friday where they found a 25-year-old man that had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital.

Hamblin says other people involved in the incident have been found, but no charges have been filed.
