CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

Last year defending state champion Wapsie Valley beat BGM 40-18 in the Class A Semifinal round on its way to a state title... Today it was the Bears striking fast...

BGM tailback Jack Kline slashes off tackle and sprints 30 yards for the first score of the game-- its 7-0 Bears.

Wapsie Valley responds--- Ryan Miller goes deep to Stone Kane-inside the BGM ten yard line---

The drive stalls and Wapsie Valley settled for a field goal... To pull within 7-3

But on the ensuing kickoff Mayson Sherwood takes the ball at his on 15 and he finds some running room and takes off down the right sideline--- Sherwood is finally knocked out of bounds at Warrior eleven.

On the next play Brian Kriegel flips an 11 yard touchdown pass to kyle gritsch--- BGM jumped to a 28-3 halftime lead...

BGM is too good holding the Warriors which came in averaging 354 yards a game on the ground to a negative 12 yards rushing in a 35-10 victory.
