WATERLOO (KWWL) -

The Iowa Department of Transportation says they will change the traffic pattern on U.S. 63 in Waterloo, from Newell Street to Donald Street, beginning on Monday.

On that day, that section of highway will switch from a two-lane, two-way traffic pattern to a four-lane divided traffic pattern.

However, the outside lanes on both the northbound and southbound sides of U.S. 63 will be closed through Nov. 18 to finish up sewer work and change pavement markings.

In addition, Dale Street will be closed from Nov. 11 until Nov. 18 to complete work on a storm sewer pipe.

The DOT also says that WCF & N Drive will remain closed during the winter.
