West Delaware advances after 41-21 win over Marion

MANCHESTER (KWWL) -

West Delaware came in with an 8-1 record while the Marion Indians posted a 4-5 mark.

West Delaware got it going right away on the opening drive as the QB Brent Lammers scored from 1 yard out to make it 7-0 Hawks.

Coy Roussell added the next 3 TD's for the Hawks in the first half on runs of 7, 2, and 5 yards.

Kory Walsh got Marion on the board with a 5-yard TD run. West Delaware led 28-7 at halftime.

The Hawks go on to win 41-21 to advance to the second round of the playoffs.
