HAMPTON (KWWL) -

A new reward is being offered in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of a Hampton man missing for more than a month, officials announced Tuesday.

An anonymous group of five people donated a reward of $20,000 for any information leading to the whereabouts or return of Ethan Kazmerzak, 22, who was last seen Sept. 15 in rural Hampton.

Those with information are asked to call North Iowa CrimeStoppers at 800-383-0088 or the Hampton Police Department at (641) 456-2529.

Officials had previously searched Butler and Franklin counties for signs of Kazmerzak or his vehicle, a silver Volkswagen Jetta.

Kazmerzak is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He wears glasses, has dark blonde hair and a reddish-colored beard. He also has a Grateful Dead tattoo on his upper left arm.

He was last seen wearing peach or orange-colored shorts and a white and teal printed shirt.

He could be driving a silver 2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI with Iowa license plates AUZ 382.
