UNI's Ubben MVC Player of the Week

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -
Northern Iowa senior outside hitter Macy Ubben was named Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
Ubben has consistently been putting up good numbers for the Panthers every week. The Panthers went up against Missouri State on Friday night in Springfield. Ubben recorded 18 kills, seven digsand three blocks as UNI defeated the Bears 3-1. On Saturday night, the Panthers faced off against first place Wichita State. Ubben had 12 kills, nine digs and three blocks in UNI's 3-0 sweep of the Shockers, to help the Panthers move into a tie for first placein the MVC.
 
The Panthers will travel to Des Moines on Saturday to play Drake at 7 p.m.
