Makes 8 popcorn balls
Total time: 10 minutes
16 cups popped popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
4 Tbsp. reduced calorie spread
4 cups mini marshmallows
Orange food coloring, optional
In a saucepan, MELT butter and ADD marshmallows. STIR until marshmallows are melted. ADD food coloring to melted marshmallows, if desired. POUR marshmallows over popcorn. ALLOW the mixture to cool, then FORM into 8 balls.
