DUBUQUE (AP) -

Additional delegates from Dubuque's sister city of Handan, China, are visiting the state.

The nine delegates will begin their two-day visit Wednesday. The primary goal is to continue economic development discussions that began during an August visit.

The itinerary includes a presentation on storm water management and a restoration project on Bee Branch Creek. There will also be tours of John Deere Dubuque Works and manufacturer Mi-T-M.

The delegation includes various company presidents and municipal leaders.

Before stopping in Dubuque, they traveled to Muscatine and Des Moines to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Iowa's Sister States relationship with Hebei Province in China.
