CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -
A man wanted in several Cedar Rapids burglaries that happened this summer was arrested in La Crosse, Wis., last month.
Angelo Dell Olds, 40, was wanted on five warrants in Linn County -- four of those for third-degree burglary and one for ongoing criminal conduct -- after a series of "smash and grab" burglaries police say he committed between July and September.
Cedar Rapids Police say more than 30 businesses had their front windows broken and items taken.
After investigating and using security camera footage, Olds was identified as a suspect in some of the break-ins, according to police.
Olds is still being held in La Crosse awaiting extradition to Linn County, according to Sgt. Cristy Hamblin of the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
Police say Olds is cooperating with investigators and may face additional burglary charges.
