Cyclones upset at being huge underdogs

Posted: Updated:
AMES (KWWL) -

The Iowa State Cyclones have been competitive in every game they have played this season losing their four games by a total of 23 points... Including a 42-35 loss this past weekend to 16th ranked Texas Tech.

That's why it is kind of surprising that the odds makers have made Iowa State a 32 point underdog to 12th ranked Baylor.

By comparison---last week Jacksonville was a 28 point underdog to Denver--which is the largest NFL point spread ever.

The Bears do lead the nation averaging 63 points a game---but the Cyclone players feel very disrespected.
