UPDATE: Man killed in Linn County farm accident identified

CENTER POINT (KWWL) -

Authorities have identified the Linn County man killed in a farming related accident Thursday night.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office was called to 4922 Alice Road in rural Center Point at around 6:33 p.m. Thursday.

They say the victim, 56-year-old Roger Bach, was found in a cattle feed lot and the accident involved a skid loader. Bach was pronounced dead at the scene.

The sheriff's office has not released any other details and the accident remains under investigation.

The Troy Mills Fire Department and Center Point Ambulance Service assisted the sheriff's office.
