Woman accused of trying to sell WWII pistol to police

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -
Cedar Falls police arrested a woman that is accused of trying to sell a stolen World War II pistol.
31-year-old Christina Barnes was detained Thursday after an officer posed as a buyer in a sting operation. Barnes faces a series of charges including third degree theft and two counts of carrying a weapon.
