NORTH LIBERTY (KWWL) -
Registered voters in North Liberty will all vote at the same location during the upcoming citywide elections on November 5. South Slope Communications, located at 980 N. Front Street, will serve as the vote center for the city, the first vote center in Johnson County.
Using a vote center will save the county money. Less election workers will be required at one central location, as opposed to six polling places. The Johnson County Auditor estimates using a vote center will save $2000, maybe more.
All races in North Liberty in the upcoming election are uncontested.
