Fareway Segment: Grilled Potato Salad



-Cut up 12 medium, red potatoes

-Put potatoes in foil pan

-Place pan on grill

-Add a quarter cup olive oil or canola oil

-Mix in four tbsp. of cooked bacon bits, two tbsp. of paprika, one tsp. of garlic powder, half a tsp. of thyme, half tsp. of crushed rosemary, and a little celery seed

-Cook on the grill on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes

-Cook until the potatoes are tender, browned up

-Remove from heat

-Add dressing (five tbsp. of light mayo & two tbsp. of spicy Dijon mustard)

-Stir together

-Let sit for about five minutes and eat warm
