2 arrested in 2 Iowa City robberies

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

Two people are charged in connection to two robberies this summer.

Darius Davison and David Abrams, Jr. were arrested Wednesday.

Iowa City Police say Davison is accused of first-degree robbery in a cab robbery on August 2. The cab driver was robbed at 2437 Petsel Place.

Abrams has been charged with aiding and abetting robbery in the first degree for the robbery of a pizza driver. This robbery was at 1036 Jensen Street on June 29.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
