Regulation discussion after pit bull attacks

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Waterloo city leaders want to regulate pit bulls after last week’s attack on two people.

Last Tuesday, a 65-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy were attacking by several dogs. They were treated for their injuries at an area hospital. The woman underwent surgery.

One of the dogs was killed by police.

Now, Tuesday night, the Waterloo City Council will discuss an animal control proposal during a work session.
