Black Hawk County crash seriously injures driver

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

A Waterloo man sustained serious injuries when he was thrown from his SUV after he lost control while driving.  It happened Saturday night around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Ford Rd. and Lone Tree Rd.  Cedar Falls Police say 25-year-old Anthony Smith lost control of his SUV.  It rolled over, throwing him from the vehicle.  Smith was taken to a Waterloo hospital with what police call life-threatening injuries.
