Posted: Updated:
IOWA COUNTY (KWWL) -

Iowa County authorities have arrested a man in connection with a 2010 theft of antiques at the Smokehouse Square Antiques store in Amana.

Dennis Reid, 20, of Cedar Rapids is accused of stealing between $500 to $1,000 worth of antiques from the store in October 2010.

Investigators recovered fingerprints from the scene of the incident, but could not match the prints to anyone at the initial time of the incident.

After further investigation, Iowa County authorities along with Cedar Rapids Police say these fingerprints match Reid's prints.

He is currently in the Linn County Jail, but will be transferred to the Iowa County Jail in the future.
