Dubuque auto repair shop robbed Tuesday night

DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Dubuque Police are seeking a suspect who allegedly robbed a service center Tuesday night.

Police responded around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday to McCann's Service Center at 690 West Locust St. for a report of a robbery.

Police say the suspect displayed a knife during the robbery.

They say he was a white man with long brown hair who wore sunglasses, a red shirt and blue jeans. He looked between 40 and 50 years old and weighed approximately 160 pounds.

The suspect left the service center's gas station with an undisclosed amount of cash. Nobody was injured.
