Cedar Rapids Police say they've arrested 13 people after a disturbance Saturday evening that included people with rocks, bats, and bricks. It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 200 block of 20th St. NW. Police say when they arrived, several people were fighting one another. They say one person had a knife. Officers deployed their taser, then took that person into custody. 12 others were arrested on charges ranging from burglary to disorderly conduct to interference with official acts. Police say the fight stemmed from an incident that happened after the July 4 fireworks where several people were taken into custody.
