Musicians from all over the nation are in Iowa City this weekend for the Iowa City Jazz Festival.
The festival not only features music but games and rides for kids, food and drink vendors, arts and crafts and even ice skating in July.
For some, it's a chance to learn about not just jazz but several forms of art.
"I think this is an opportunity for people to experience different types of arts. That's part of what we do with summer of the arts we try and provide the chance for families to learn more about jazz music," said Lisa Barnes, Executive Director of the Iowa City Summer of the Arts.
The jazz festival usually brings in about 50,000 people over the weekend.
It continues through Sunday night in downtown Iowa City.
