Crews respond to Washington house fire

WASHINGTON (KWWL) -

Fire crews responded to a house fire in Washington Saturday morning.

They were called around 6 a.m. to a home at 502 W. Third Street.

The Washington Fire Department, the Ainsworth Fire Department. Washington Police and Washington County Sheriff's Office all responded.

There are no reports of any injuries.  The fire was quickly put out and crews were able to leave the scene around 8 a.m.   Sheriff's officials say heat from the fire did some damage to neighboring homes.
