Coralville Police and the Johnson County Sheriff's Department are looking for a man who failed to report back to the Coralville Hope Work Release Facility.

Loel Richard Howieson II, 23, was placed on escape status after failing to return to the facility after work.

Howieson was sentenced in Johnson County to 25 years for first-degree burglary. He was placed on work release on January 13.

Howieson is a 5'11'' white male with brown eyes and weighs about 172 lbs. He also has tattoos on his arms, knee, thigh and wrist.

If anyone has information about Howieson's whereabouts, contact the Coralville Police Department or the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.
