A Waterloo man is facing several assault charges in Fayette County after he was deemed "out of control."

Fayette County deputies were called to the Prairie View Residential Care Facility at 18569 Lane Road for a subject out of control just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

After an investigation, Matthew Saul, 21, of Waterloo, was charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of second-degree criminal mischief.
