IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

Despite some dreary weather, people still managed to get out in Iowa City for the first big weekend of the Iowa City Summer of the Arts.

This weekend, the Iowa Arts Festival marks its 30th anniversary of the celebration of everything art, featuring live music, art and plenty of food.

"What's really exciting about this festival is all of the different aspects of it, from the music on the main stage and family stage to the kids activities (to) the juried fine art show," said Lisa Barnes, executive director of Iowa City Summer Of the Arts.

This year the festival also brought the world's largest grill, at 65 feet long.  The grill is capable of cooking 750 brats or hot dogs at one time.
