CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Cedar Rapids police are still looking for three men they believe were involved in a Wednesday morning shooting that sent a woman to the hospital.

Officers were called to 909 28th Street SE around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday.  When they arrived on scene, they found that 33-year-old Lakesha Travis had been shot in the leg. She was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment. Police consider her injuries to be "non-life threatening".

Police say three black men were seen running from the scene. One is described as being short and heavy set, wearing a white shirt and jeans. A second man is described as taller and thin, wearing dark clothing. There is no further description of the third man.
